SC-C604 4-Head DTF Printer Printing Process
- Step 1: Prepare the pattern with the correct dimensions and resolution.
- Step 2: Print the pattern onto the PET film using the SC-C604 DTF printer.
- Step 3: Apply hot melt powder evenly to cover the DTF ink via SC-H6501-25.
- Step 4: Heat and cure the adhesive powder until it bonds to the ink.
- Step 5: Transfer the DTF PET film onto fabric using a heat press machine.
- Step 6: Peel film carefully to reveal the finished design.
